Absolutely Not! Sessions are conducted in loose fitting comfortable clothing. Our preference is that sessions are conducted in loose fitting shorts and sports bras with open back access/tank top (for women) however sessions can be completed in regular clothing, as per comfort level.
We are in suite 138 in Link Office Suites. On your visit you should enter through the north main entrance, and I will meet you in the lobby and escort you to the suite. Follow- up visits you may enter through the north or south entrances, but the south entrance will require you to call or text when you arrive to enter the building.
You will receive all required forms (Client Intake and Consent/Release and Policy and Procedures) electronically and must be completed before you arrive. If you need assistance with completing forms or can’t do them electrically, please contact us for assistance.
No, but we do accept HSA/FSA payments. We are not able to bill your insurance for services but can provide an invoice for services rendered.

We respectfully ask you?to provide us with?24 - 48-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation request. We understand that emergencies can arise, and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we request that you cancel your session and reschedule. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations.
We will do our best to give advance notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather, and we ask you to do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment. Late cancellation due to?legitimate emergencies, illness, or inclement weather will?not result in?a missed session charge of $50.
If you cancel, the expectation is that you reschedule your appointment within 2 weeks. Habitual cancellations will result in being?charged the?$50?cancellation fee per occurrence. No Show appointments will be charged $50 per session, with payment due before the next session. The credit card associated with your client profile will be charged for any Late Cancellation or No-Show fees, if for any reason your credit card is declined, any outstanding fees will be required prior to your next appointment booking.
Appointment reminders sent via email and text are a courtesy extended to all clients to manage their appointments accordingly.
